Level 1 Party Package

Our Level 1 birthday party includes a party coordinator to greet you and your guests, fill you in on any details you need and answer any questions you may have. She will check you in and collect final payments and participant waivers as she directs you to the appropriate areas of the venue. 

Once you’re all checked in and your guests have arrived, you’ll start the party out in the gym with your coach/instructor. Whether you’ve chosen a Cheerleading party or a Nerf Warrior party, we will have you set up with the best to keep your guests and birthday honoree engaged and active! 

After the hour and 15 minutes of activity is up, your party will move to the private room where you have 30 minutes for refreshments you’ve brought, open presents and enjoy your honorees big day. Our party coordinator will be available at the front desk for general questions during this time. The last 15 minutes of the party will be spent cleaning up and clearing out.

You’re encouraged to bring in your own refreshments, cake/ice cream, cutlery, plates, napkins, cups, utensils and decorations for your Level 1 Party Package.

Next Level Party Package

Our Next Level birthday party package includes a party coordinator to greet you and your guests as you arrive, fill you in on any details you need to know and answer any questions you may have. She will check you in and collect final payments and participant waivers as she directs you to the appropriate areas of the venue.

Once you’re all checked in and your guests have arrived, you’ll start the party out in the gym with your coach/instructor. Whether you’ve chosen a Glow Party, Cheerleading/Tumbling party or a Nerf Warrior party, we will have you set up with the best to keep your guests and birthday honoree engaged and active!

After the hour and 15 minutes of activity is up, your party hostess will direct your party to the private room where you have 30 minutes to serve the pizza, punch and cake we have provided. Your hostess will assist with the presents and then gift your guests and honoree with a Next Level treat bag to bring home. Your party hostess will stay in the room with you to handle refreshment service, gift opening and general party activities while you relax and enjoy the day with your family and friends! The last 15 minutes will be for cleaning up and clearing out.
